DAVE SORENSON

Dave has 27 years experience in the auto body industry wearing many hats along his way. From doing body work and paint to managing shops that have had 5 to 13 employees all the while striving for excellent customer service and retaining quality workmanship. He holds I-CAR & ASE certifications. During which time he created long lasting relationships with a lot of major insurance companies sometimes holding training classes for new adjusters at the shop. He has also had 4 years experience as a Claim’s Specialist for a major insurance company, giving him a true advantage to handling your claim accurately and in a timely manner while restoring your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

ANNETTE SORENSON

Annette has been coming to the Crosslake area for over 30 years, making it her fulltime home for the last 2 years. Annette has been in the Retail Banking and Brokerage for the last 25+ years. The qualities and strengths she brings to the office are marketing, creating long-lasting customer relationships, serving the clientele exceeding their expectations and managing the office functions. Her main focus in the body shop will be handling all the hand car washes and detailing. The community will benefit by seeing her volunteer in various areas to give back to those supporting her efforts.
