Dave and Annette Sorenson were a pleasure to work with. They handled my insurance claim and kept me informed every step of the way. They even arranged a rental car to be delivered to my door! When my car was finished at their shop, I simply returned the rental to them and they ensured that the rental company came to pick it up. The estimate on my car repair was fair and accurate, and the repairs took exactly the length of time that they promised. My car was returned to me looking better than when it was brand new. Theres no reason to go out of town when there is professional service right here in Crosslake!
